   The 5th annual Miss International Queen™ pageant is scheduled to be held in the beautiful city of Pattaya, Thailand on October 26th -31st, 2009.
  Striving to advance and support today’s transgender/transsexual, Miss International Queen™ Pageant offers great opportunities for transgender/transsexual from all over the world to present their individual beauty and intelligence in a friendly atmosphere.
   The pageant is limited to the first 25 qualified entries. Applications are accepted and considered from persons between 18-36 years old.
   Miss International Queen™ Pageant is produced and organized by Tiffany’s Show Pattaya Co., Ltd., the world’s largest transvestite/transgender cabaret show and supported by Tourism Authority of Thailand.

5. To build friendship and exchange ideas among international lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender/transsexual communities
6. To support the Tourism Authority of Thailand by increasing the number of tourists arrivals in Thailand and Pattaya city
7. To support and continue to build Pattaya city one of the most entertaining cities of the world
8. To build Tiffany’s Show Pattaya as a bridge between the lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender/transsexual community and the rest of the world

1. Applications (including photos and a copy of the applicant’s passport) must be sent to Miss International Queen™ Office, Tiffany's Show Pattaya Co., Ltd. (The applicant can only represent the country of birth or the country listed on the passport.)
2. Once an application has been accepted, the applicant will be notified by email from Miss International Queen™ Office.
3. Prior to the pageant the contestant will need to notify Miss International Queen™ Office with the arrival and departure airline, time and date. The organizer will arrange for the pick-up / drop-off to and from Bangkok International Airport and Tiffany’s Show Pattaya.
4. Tiffany's Show Pattaya Co., Ltd. offers complimentary room and meals at Woodlands Hotel & Resort from October 25- October 31, 2009 (only the discretionary expenses and airline ticket are the responsibility of the contestants). 5. There will be 5 days of activities and preliminaries (October 26 – 30), the final competition on Saturday, October 31, 2009.
6. The talent competition is limited to only 4 minute and will be on Wednesday, October 28, 2009 at Central Festival Pattaya.  Obscene language, material and/or prop are not allowed and will be automatically disqualified. No refund of the application fee will apply in such case.
7. All contestants are required to participate in the final show, which will be broadcast live on Thai television global network.
8. Ten finalists will be interviewed live during the final show on Saturday, October 31, 2009 at Tiffany’s Show Theatre. The organizer will provide interpreters should one be needed.
9. Judging of the contestants is by professionals. Judges will include professionals in fashion design; make up, plastic surgery, International business and celebrities.
10. Scoring will be processed by a computerized system. The judges’ decision is final.
 

1. Must born male, be a transvestites or transgender (pre and post-op, proof of natural gender may be requested in form of birth certificate or doctor’s genetic verification)
2. Must be between 18 - 36 years old
3. All nationalities are welcome (The applicant can only represent the country of birth or the country listed on the passport.)
4. Dress requirements include: 
  a) National costume
  b) Pink swimming suite (Provided by the sponsor)
  c) Evening gown 
  d) Talent costume
  e) Gold cocktail dress
  f) White shirt and White trouser (for daytime activities)  
5. Contestants must participate in all event activities preceding the event. Any contestants failing to attend any organized activities from October 26-31 will be automatically disqualified. No refund of the application fee will apply in such case.
6. The talent competition will be on Wednesday, October 28, 2009.  Each contestant will only have 4 minutes to perform.  The contestant will be disqualified if cause injuries to any audience/person, property damage or use obscene language, material, or props are used in their performance. No refund of the application fee will apply in such case.
7. All contestants are responsible for their own medical and accident insurance before and during the pageant.
8. Miss International Queen™ Winner is required to perform the duties for one full year. US$4,000 of the winning cash prize will be paid on Monday, November 2, 2009, another US$ 2,000 will be paid upon returning to attend Miss Tiffany’s Pageant in May 2010, and the remaining US$4,000 will be paid at the end of the reign.
9. Miss International Queen™ is required to attend media campaigns during her reign. And to only wear the Official Miss International Queen Crown. If the Miss International Queen™ Winner is not able to fulfill and perform her duties for any reason, the first runner-up will take her place and be awarded the remaining prizes.
10. The Miss International Queen™ Winner must a) stay in Thailand for at least 15 days after the contest and b) return to Thailand 15 days before the end of the reign to perform her duties and represent the crown in order to receive the remaining prizes.
11. All videos and pictures of the contestants will be used as promotional material and will remain the sole property of Tiffany’s Show Pattaya Co., Ltd.
